OnBoarding - Information to provide when hiring

When you hire someone, it is important to inform us as soon as possible.

Here is the list of points to inform us:

• First name and last name
• Required email address
• Phone number, for Office 365 and DUO MFA
• Job title
• Computer and hardware needs
• Software access rights (accountancy, logistic, ...)

If your company already have a Multi Factor Authentication system, we will apply this setup to the new user. In this case, we will need the mobile number of the user.

All those information must be sent to our support team by email.
